According to a latest survey the vast majority of the Irish public support a proposal to see ticket touting being made illegal.
The recent survey found 86% of Irish people want legislation brought in that will make illegal to re-sell tickets for above face-value.
The latest proposal would apparently stop unauthorised venders from selling tickets for extravagant prices which has become a regular occurrence in recent years.
