Real summer’s gone, typical Irish summer now upon us

The few days of glorious warmth and sunshine we had are now fast becoming a distant memory in our minds, as a more typical Irish summer begins to set in.

Today, Monday, will begin dull and wet specially in Munster and Leinster. It will brighten up somewhat as the afternoon goes on though, with temperatures ranging between 15-19C.

Tuesday will begin mostly dry, but rain showers will develop in the west of the country later on. The rain will spread eastwards throughout the day.

The rest of the week will see a similar pattern of rain & sunshine, though the good news is that it will remain fairly warm, with temperatures reaching 21C at times.
