A snack product sold in Tesco and Supervalu stores has been recalled due to the presence of a dangerous pesticide.
Some Jacobs CrispTOASTS products have been removed from shelves following the discovery of ethylene oxide, a chemical that is toxic to humans.
Consumption of this product does not cause any immediate harmful symptoms, but illness might develop over time due to a cumulative effect.
The affected batches are: CrispTOASTS 100 g. (batch code AO7D), and Jacobs CrispTOASTS Sesame 100g pack, batch codes A13C, and A37B.
