The tragic trend of road deaths continues today, following the death of a man in his 60s on an Irish road.
The incident happened in Carbury, Co. Kildare. It is understood that the deceased was a pedestrian who was hit by a lorry early on Thursday morning.
The lorry driver did not sustain any injuries.
