2fm presenter Eoghan McDermott has revealed that he was badly beaten unconscious on St Stephen’s night while out in the capital.
He took to Twitter to announce that some thug jumped him from behind while he was walking home, beat him around the head and knocked him unconscious.
McDermott said he had to get a brain scan to see if things were okay the next morning. He said he was getting sick all day yesterday with terrible headaches but that he will be okay according to doctors.
