People on social media aren’t happy with RTE and are saying that they’re not going to pay their TV licence fee after the national broadcaster thought it better not to broadcast any footage from a large migrant protest in Dublin city centre on Saturday.
RTE News made the decision to not bother covering the migrant protests in Dublin City centre this afternoon.
Instead of showing decent concerned Irish citizens protesting migrants being planted in their area, RTE thought they’re completely ignore the massive crowd that gathered at the Shelbourne Hotel and marched to the Mansion House and then onto the GPO.
One would have to question the motives behind the lack of coverage with social media users saying that it simply doesn’t suit RTE’s agenda.
