Russia has pitifully been forced to cancel an upcoming military exercise as there aren’t enough soldiers or equipment to go around, with the vast majority of troops already annihilated by Ukrainian operators.
Exercise ZAPAD (West) 23 was meant to take place in September, but that will now not happen.
Russia’s military exercises have been proven to be nothing but propaganda anyway, as the army quickly crumbled when facing a real enemy with a real will and desire to exterminate the invader. Ailing Russian President Vladimir Putin is now well aware that any nation with a proper army can easily defeat Russia on the battlefield.
