Meanwhile, the few remaining generals have been spoon-feeding him feel-good fantasies about how Ukrainian people are welcoming the invading Russian army as ‘liberators.’ Upon receiving such news, Mr. Putin reportedly nodded while staring out into space and drooling profusely.
