The unelected (x2) Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said that Ireland, a country he knows has zero relevance or influence on the international stage, will contribute €25m to the climate Loss and Damage fund.
Mr. Varadkar made the comments during the ongoing COP28 meeting in Dubai.
He also said that Ireland will keep giving money after 2025.
