A woman in the UK has been left furious when a note was left on her front door, telling her not to hang wet clothes outside her house.
According to the Daily Mail, the woman, who prefers to remain anonymous, left two clothes horses on her private balcony so that the clothes would dry in the open air. She subsequently found a note on her door with a message written in block capitals that said “NO WASHING ON BALCONIES – THIS IS NOT A COUNCIL ESTATE”.
Many other users in the block of apartments were allegedly shocked by the note, which was not signed by whoever left if on the woman’s door. She told the Mail that there was nothing that could be considered offensive hanging on the clothes horses but that she felt obliged to take the clothes inside when she saw the note.
