More tragic news this morning, as a 16-year-old teenager has reportedly died in a swimming accident in the German city of Germany.
The young man, from Corofin in Co. Clare, was understood to have been visiting a relative in Munich when the accident happened.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is providing assistance in the matter.
