There’s a major investigation underway in Cheshunt, London where two elderly residents of a care home tragically lost their loves in an enormous blaze.
The blaze which occurred at Newgrange Residential care home in cadmore Lane, Cheshunt, London, apparently broke out at approximately around 5.30am Saturday morning.
According to reports in the UK Firefighters from three services rushed to the scene, which housed 35 residents.
Police say they have closed off the area and are treating it as a ‘crime scene’. It is understood two people died as result of smoke inhalation, whilst the remaining 33 residents were escorted to a nearby hotel.
