
An elderly woman in her 90s has lost her life following a single-vehicle crash in County Cork on Monday, reports Breaking News.
The incident took place at approximately 1:50 p.m. in the Dunkettle Ballinglanna area of Glanmire.
She was declared dead at the scene by emergency responders, reports Breaking News.
The road remains shut to allow for a technical examination by garda forensic collision investigators.
Gardaà are asking anyone who may have seen the crash to come forward, reports Breaking News.
They are also requesting that any drivers with camera footage, including dash cams, who were in the area between 1:30 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. on Monday, August 25th, provide the recordings to investigators.
