A man in his 60s has passed away following an incident at a workplace in Co Cork, reports RTE.
Gardaà and emergency responders were called to the site of a deadly workplace incident at a location in Macroom earlier today.
A man in his 60s was transported from the scene to Cork University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has been informed and will carry out an investigation, reports RTE.
