You really can’t make this stuff up. In yet another historic blunder, the Russian military fleeing Snake Island post haste left behind defence missile batteries and one of their radars completely intact. This goes against any sort of military doctrine, or common sense really.
This proves without a shadow of a doubt that Russian troops hightailed out of there at the first sign of trouble, despite a propaganda communique stating that the Russian army left ‘as a gesture of goodwill.’
These facilities will now be put to good use by Ukraine’s military.
