It’s been revealed that the former Taoiseach and Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny gets a lump sum payment of €378,000 when he officially retires from the Dail.
The massive lump sum is chicken feed compared to Kenny’s promised pension.
67-yr-old Kenny will be able to play plenty of Golf over in Mayo with his gigantic pension of €126,000 a year for the rest of his life.
Kenny will get just over €2,400 a week, or €342 a day for the rest of his life.
Shockingly, it’s been mooted locally in Castlebar that Kenny has been rumoured to become a member of numerous boards which in and of themselves have a 6 figure salary.
The former teacher has been criticised at grass roots level for receiving such an inordinate pension.
