Unified World Champion Katie Taylor will defend her titles tonight in tough fight in Manchester

In her last outing, it was a ferocious fight, one which will talked about for years to come. Ireland’s Katie Taylor managed to pull off the win and become the unified World Champion against Delfine Persoon.

Taylor who headed into the fight as WBA, IBF, WBO, world champion, added the WBC crown to her haul after beating Delfine Persoon in Madison Square Garden in their first fight and then dominated her in their second fight.

Tonight, the Bray native will fight Britain’s Natasha Jonas – a girl Taylor beat in the 2012 London Olympics on her way to her Gold Medal.

Tonight could be a different story however as NJ, as she’s known, has improved dramatically with her team saying that Taylor is beatable.

The action starts on Sky Box Office from around 9pm.
