Varadkar: ‘Irish Water will not be abolished, and Micheal Martin will not be Taoiseach’

Minister for Health Leo Varadkar seems to have added the power of foresight to his skill set, as he has claimed this evening that the wretched utility that is Irish Water will not be abolished, and Micheal Martin will not be Taoiseach.’

He also said that neither Fine Gael nor Fianna Fail will go into a coalition with each other, as the willingness isn’t there in either side.

And furthermore, he has said that Enda Kenny will be the next Taoiseach.

When questioned about Irish Water, he said “On water charges the situation is very clear, there is an EU directive on water and at the heart of that directive is the principle that the user pays and the polluter pays.”

And again showing early signs of clairvoyance, he added “It’s extremely unlikely Michéal Martin will get more votes for Taoiseach than Enda Kenny.”
