It will be a weekend to remember for one lucky punter as they managed to scoop the top prize of €1m in tonight’s Lotto Plus 1 draw.
The lucky win comes as there were no winners of the main jackpot worth almost €8m.
The numbers in the main drawn were 4, 9, 12, 14, 17, 20, with the bonus number being 18.
Meanwhile the numbers drawn in the Plus 1 draw were: 11, 14, 16, 22, 26, 43 with the bonus number being 30.
Although it is not yet known where the winning ticket was purchased, the National Lottery say the ticket was bought in the South of the country.
