A young Russian man has opened fire inside a recruitment facility, wounding one person, as civil order deteriorates further across Russia.
The incident happened in the small town of Ust-Ilimsk in the Irkutsk region. The perpetrator, a 25-year-old male, reportedly shouted ‘No one is going to fight’ as he discharged his weapon, a shotgun.
Elsewhere, recruitment facilities have been set alight, according to reports, furthering the notion of an impending total breakdown of law and order across the Russian nation.
The recent mobilization order has sparked chaos across Russia, in what many see as the beginning of the end for the Putin regime.
