A young woman has died following a road crash in an Irish county.
The incident happened on the L5243 at Knocknalower, Pullathomas, Co. Mayo, at around 11.15pm on St. Patrick’s Day.
The deceased, a female in her 20s, was rushed to hospital, where she passed away a short time later.
Gardai are asking witnesses to contact Belmullet Gardaí on 097 819 10, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
