Chief superintendent Drew Harris has announced that 34 people were arrested last night with 32 to appear in court this morning.
Alongside that, 11 Garda vehicles were damaged, 13 shops looted, 3 buses smashed and burned and 1 Luas set alight.
All this came after an Algerian migrant stabbed a 5-yr-girl, two other children and a woman in Dublin City centre on Thursday afternoon at 2pm.
The little girl is still in critical condition.
