Gardaí have confirmed that a 4-yr-old girl has tragically died after an accident at a caravan park in Co Sligo this afternoon.
It’s understood that the girl was struck by a vehicle and was in a critical condition.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Enniscrone and the child was taken to hospital where sadly she passed away a short time later.
It’s understood that Gardaí liaison officer is working with the child’s family.
