It’s understood that Gardai believe the body of a woman found in Charlestown Residential, Finglas, Dublin at 6:30am this morning is the likely result of a domestic violence incident.
A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman’s body in the capital earlier today.
The deceased, a female in her 30s, was found inside an apartment in the Finglas area shortly after 6am.
The man is currently being held at Finglas Garda Station. It’s understood the woman sustained severe injuries to her head and neck.
