Britney Spears’ father, Jamie Spears, has reportedly agreed to give up his guardianship, securing a huge win for the singer after an explosive legal battle.
The Hit Me Baby One More Time singer had fought to remove Jamie from the 2008 court order that put him in charge of her well-being and financial affairs.
However, TMZ reports that Jamie voluntarily filed documents with the Los Angeles Superior Court to remove guardianship.
