Jeremy Clarkson will no longer host Who Wants to Be a Millionaire after one final season, ITV bosses have confirmed.
This will be his last series as a presenter following the backlash over Jeremy’s controversial comments about Meghan Markle. ITV boss Carolyn McCall has confirmed that the upcoming fourth season of the popular quiz show, which is currently in production, will be a stage call for Jeremy, according to reports from The Mirror.
“We have a contract. We’re contracted to this [season], so we will do that,” said McCall. “And then we have no future commitments.”
The Grand Tour presenter got into trouble over a backlash to his column in The Sun, in which he said the Duchess of Sussex should be forced to parade naked through the streets with “lumps of excrement thrown at her”.
