Gardai have a 42-yr-old man in custody following the double stabbing of two men in a family home in Cork.
A 27-yr-old man and 75-yr-old man were both stabbed at a house in Sea View Avenue housing estate in Carrigaline, Cork at around 3:30am.
It’s understood that the 27-yr-old died at the scene from his injuries with the 75-yr-old said to be fighting for his life in hospital this morning.
It’s not yet known whether the three men were related.
