Users of the popular Facebook-owned app, Instagram have been unable to access the app over the past hour.
Meta, the parent company of the two social media giants, has yet to make an announcement, but experts say that their tech teams would be working hard to restore the app as soon as possible.
It appears as though the newsfeed, posts, stories and messages have all gone down as people try to login.
