It was the first Rose of Tralee since the pandemic broke out in 2020.
Roses from right across the world did their best to woo the judges alongside the audience in Kerry itself. Lifelong friendships were said to be made over the course of the past few months.
Either way, it was the Westmeath Rose Rachel Duffy who managed to impress the judges most and has won the 2022 competition.
