Gardai have confirmed this morning that a teenager has sadly died after he was involved in a tractor crash in Clonmore, near Rhode in Co Mayo shortly after 11pm on Thursday night.
It’s understood that the teenager was fatally injured when the tractor left the road where it entered a deep drain at Black Castle Dog.
The road remains closed today with any witnesses to the crash asked to contact the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-66-61-11.
