Three adults were killed and a woman and four children were injured in a crash involving two cars in Co Tyrone.
The crash happened shortly before 3:30pm this afternoon on the road between Cookstown and Dungannon.
It appears that two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.
Two of the deceased adults were traveling in one of the vehicles with four children.
The third deceased adult was in the second vehicle.
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said it deployed two rapid response teams and several emergency teams after receiving a 999 call at 3.29pm.
