If you’re old enough to remember Dame Edna Everage then you’ll remember how funny the Dame was!
Australian comedian Barry Humphries toured the world as Dame Edna Everage with the character receiving much loved audiences around the world especially in the UK and indeed Ireland.
Sadly however, today it was announced by Barry Humphries family that the comedian has passed away aged 89.
Tributes have started pouring around the world on social media with some people saying he was the funniest comedian they’ve ever seen.
