NIAC, Ireland’s immunisation advice committee has cleared the way for the government to give the vaccine to children as young as 12.
The Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly has informed the government of what NIAC told him.
It’s now expected that the government will offer the vaccine for people aged 12-15 from this coming weekend.
It’s also expected that wedding numbers will increase to 100 and Christening numbers increase to 50 for Churches.
