Peaceful cities are under strikes, he said, with reported explosions in Kiev.
Meanwhile President Putin’s representatives have said that he has no plans to take over the entire Ukrainian country but that he would seek its “de-Nazification” and “demilitarization”. He noted that any country that would intervene would face the consequences.
