Police in Germany have confirmed that at least 10 people have been injured after a car ploughed through a Carnival Parade.
According to German media reports 10 people some of whom are children were injured after a car drove through a crowd of people in the town of Volkmarsen.
Police investigating the incident say they are not sure if the incident was deliberate or an accident.
They added that the driver has since been detained.
