Good news for jobseekers this morning, as GE Healthcare has announced an expansion of its operations in Carrigtwohill, East Cork, creating 140 new jobs in the process.
The €37 million expansion of its manufacturing plan heralds a major job boost for the area, and it follows the recent announcement of 1,000 additional jobs at Apple’s European Headquarters in Holyhill and 400 jobs at Voxpro’s Mahon facility last week.
