A 20-year-old man tragically lost his life this morning after being struck by a van in Co Derry.
The crash happened in Tirkeeran Road, Garvagh, around 7.40am Thursday morning.
PSNI officers have stated that the incident involved a pedestrian and a Volkswagen Caddy van.
Inspector Donna Bowden said: “We are asking any witnesses to the collision to get in touch with police. The number to call is 101.”
