A 25-year-old woman has been charged with the murder of her own mother, who was found dead at home.
Anna Jones, 44, was found dead at 8pm on Tuesday May 9 by police who were called to her home in Station Road, Petersfield, Hampshire, reports Metro.
Her daughter, Bronwyn Jones, has been remanded in custody after appearing at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Friday on a charge of murder.
A Hampshire Police spokesman said: “Anna’s next of kin were informed and are being supported by specialist officers,” reports Metro.
Another daughter of Miss Jones said in a tribute: ” love my mum she meant everything to me she was my world. I love you so much, I will always miss you and you will always be in my heart. Rest in peace mummy,” reports Metro.
Jones, of Bordon, will appear in the city’s Crown Court on Monday May 15.
