A 26-yr-old Afghan migrant has been charged with murdering a young woman in Limerick.
The PSNI are working with Gardai after a 26-yr-old man has been charged with the murder of a Romanian woman in Limerick city on Tuesday.
The woman has not been officially identified as 26-year-old Geila Ibram from Romania.
The 26-yr-old man was charged by PSNI detectives and is to appear before Belfast Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
Gardaí completed technical examinations at two different scenes and continue to liaise with the PSNI on the case.
