A 33-yr-old mother is said to have attacked a schoolgirl and her parents after she had a row with them previously on Facebook.
The woman in question will not be going to prison for the assault. Gemma Johnson is said to have punched the 13-yr-old girl in the face after seeing her outside a pub in Chanterlands Avenue, in Hull, UK on April 8th 2018.
She is said to have gone for the teen’s mother, while her 27-yr-old boyfriend Lee Rawson, reportedly hit her dad who fell and broke his nose on the pavement.
The teenager’s mother was left with a busted lip and bruises while the schoolgirl herself had a badly banged head. It’s understood that she ran from the attack to get help from her sister. When they returned they found their mother badly beaten.
Following the row, Gemma Johnson posted on Facebook “I couldn’t give two flying f**ks. I would do it again”, the court heard.
The court was informed that she was a mother of two and jail time would see her children being taken off her.
Johnson was given a 12 month sentence, suspended for two years. She then given and order to undertake 75 hours of unpaid work but no jail term.
