Good news on the jobs front this morning, as US security company Malwarebytes has announced the creation of 50 jobs in Cork city.
The new positions will be created over the next three years at the company’s new Europe, Middle East and Africa headquarters to be opened in Cork.
Malwarebytes was founded in 2008. The company provides software designed to protect computers businesses against cyber threats that may escape detection by traditional antivirus programs.
In a statement, the company’s founder said that ‘Cork will play a central part in the company’s expansion plans.’
