Good news for jobseekers this morning, as Shopify has announced the creation of 50 new jobs in Galway.
Shopify is a cloud-based commerce platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses to create, set up and manage their stores across multiple sales channels.
Shopify is headquartered in Canada and currently employs over 600 people. The platform powers over 165,000 online stores in about 150 countries.
The company has already started to hire customer support agents to work in the Galway area.
