Good news for fans of a tasty burger and jobseekers alike.
The restaurant chain Eddie Rocket’s is set to open two new outlets, with the creation of 50 new jobs.
A new dining experience, deemed ‘Rocket’s’, is on offer at these new premises in the Irish Financial Services Centre, which is already open for business, and a second one in the Jervis Centre, opening next week.
‘Rocket’s’ will differ from the chain’s other 32 branches in that these new establishments will work in more of a fast-food manner and setting.
The owner of Eddie Rocket’s Ireland, Niall Fortune, has said that ‘Sometimes our customers don’t necessarily have the time to dine in at one of our Eddie Rocket’s restaurants so a trip to Rocket’s gives them the opportunity to still enjoy our offering but in a faster setting.’
The chain has projected that by 2018 it will be able to triple its current number of stores across the country, with more than 100 branches in Ireland and the European continent.
