There was some sad news announced late last night as Gardai in Limerick confirmed that a 19 year old man died following a road traffic collision on the N21.
Gardai say the young man along with an 18 year old passenger collided with a truck whilst travelling in a Jeep on the Limerick to Tralee Road, about 2km outside Abbeyfeale, at around 6:40pm.
They also say the 18-year old woman who is in a critical condition at University Hospital Limerick.
However thankfully the driver of the truck was not seriously injured in the collision.
