In what can only be described as possibly one of the best days of rugby outside the world cup, Ireland wakes up this morning being crowned the best team in Europe.
The resounding message of “we did it for the country” was being spread last night at the champions dinner in Scotland.
The team travel home today and will arrive in Dublin airport’s
terminal 1 at 3:30pm.
They’re sure to get a fantastic welcome and will be lead out by captain Paul O’Connell.
