We have had a wonderful spell of good weather this week, but it’s all coming to an end pretty soon.
Today will start sunny and warm, but scattered showers and localised thunderstorms will spread across West Munster, Connacht, and West Ulster towards the afternoon.
Tonight, temperatures will drop to about 10 degrees.
And tomorrow, Friday, cloud cover will increase in the afternoon, bringing rain and gusty winds, while temperatures will remain high at around 17-22C.
Saturday will see showers spread westwards, and it will be wet pretty much everywhere by Sunday, with this patttern continuing into next week.
