There widespread talk circulating around the internet recently claiming that the size of tweets could soon be increased from 140 characters to 10,000 per tweet.
The news comes after Bloomberg confirmed that a company source close to the social media giant’s CEO Jack Dorsey, said the company is currently exploring a number of different ways to promote engagement and that any idea no matter how radical will not be dismissed.
It is understood the social media giant will start experimenting with a new design that will see the use of longer tweets along with a new algorithm that will show the most relevant content appear higher up a person’s feed, regardless of when the tweet was posted.
However the move will most likely anger many of the sites current die hard fans as they will claim the new changes will make the website more like Facebook.
