Gardai in Waterford arrested a man on Sunday afternoon in connection to the murder of Samantha Walsh.
The 32-yr-old is said to have been found in an apartment on Thomas St in Waterford city on Friday afternoon.
Her body was brought to University Hospital Waterford for a post-mortem examination.

Meanwhile, the man aged in late 20s is due to appear in court today charged with the young woman’s murder.
