The new service will be open 5 days a week in an office in the Irish refugee council in Dublin.
It’s understood that the majority of people working in the centre are Ukrainians who are eager to help out the thousands of people that are expected to flood into Ireland over the coming weeks.
They’ll be informed about their rights, including getting social welfare and accommodation, alongside getting free medical cards.
