There will be little outdoor activities this weekend, as we are in for a rough 48 hours, weather wise at least.
The national forecaster has predicted heavy rain, thunder, and strong winds lashing the country over the weekend. It will be rather chilly, too, with temperatures plummeting to about 8C in some areas.
Rain showers will begin abating towards Sunday evening, with temperatures rising to about 15C.
